Most people want to experience CrossFit before they commit to it. That’s why we welcome you to try us out before you sign up. You will be able to get a taste of what to expect from the work outs, how we coach, and get a chance to visit the facility. No commitment and No prior experience is required.
Please email us at cfaltadena.com or call us at 626-765-7931 to reserve a spot. The class size is limited to ensure that everyone gets undivided attention.
All you need to bring are:
- Workout clothes
- Athletic shoes
- A towel and water
- We also ask that you have a small meal at least 1-2 hours before class.
Foundations Classes + 1st month = $250
Welcome to the start of your training at CrossFit Altadena. These courses are (4) one on one instructional sessions designed to introduce you to the basic CrossFit movement techniques from Olympic lifts to Kettle bell swings. These sessions are specifically designed as a gateway to joining our regularly scheduled group classes covering topics of proper mechanics, safety in the gym, fitness goals, nutritional assessment, and programming. We will make sure you can do each movement safely and effectively. Once you have completed your foundations, you may begin your membership at CFA. So let’s get those foundations done!
Monthly Membership – $175 Month to Month (Effective – 5/1/18)
Now that you’ve completed your foundation classes, you’re ready for the most intense and energizing group classes you’ve ever experienced. Our classes are small, supportive, never the same, and always a blast! All our memberships are unlimited! No contracts, no hidden fees. Once you pay for the month you can come to any class and as often as you’d like! And if you ever need to put your membership on hold; no problem. We can put it on hold and you can continue when you return.
